Didn’t spend much time in Las Cruces, but I did manage to pick up some Hatch green chiles and packed them in ice to bring home. For those that don’t know, Hatch, NM is the chile pepper capitol of the world and you can usually only get these in New Mexico (to my knowledge). Thanks Sue, Dad, and Jordan for the peppers and great to spend time with you both at home and hunting!
