Just downstream from Sullivan Falls is yet another set of substantial feature named Ducknest Rapids. Only have one photo to share – be sure to watch the video below, much easier to show everything with the wide-angle GoPro lens.
Ducknest Rapids
Note: Apparently there is a waterfall called Ducknest Falls just upstream from the rapids, however I wasn’t sure about public access and it requires some major wading through streams offshooting from the river. Wasn’t prepared today, will have to return some other time.
