Fenley State Recreation Area

In my quest to visit all Wisconsin State Parks I visited the relatively unknown Fenley State Recreation Area near Kieler, Wisconsin.

Unfortunately there was nothing to see on this day as the Sinnipee Creek has overflowed & flooded the small dirt parking area.  Might be good for whitetail hunting due to the seclusion but doesn’t appear there are any formal hiking trails to explore today.

    • You can get in but not on that day due to high water. Other times it is accessible. I posted because it’s my blog and I can post what I choose.

    • Hmmm. This post does provide a bit of useful information. Perhaps one should consider recent rain and possible high water before traveling to this location?
